Title CD95/Fas ligand mRNA is toxic to cells through more than one mechanism [DISE-46]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Analysis of RISC bound short (s)RNAs in a HCT116 wild-type, Drosha k.o., and Dicer k.o. cells expressing pLenti-CD95L NP or pLenti empty vector.

Overall design Argonaute protein associated short RNAs were isolated from various HCT116 knock-out single cell clones using a GW182-derived GST-FLAG-T6B peptide and analyzed by sRNA-Seq.
