Title Suclg2 maintains the tolerogenic function of regulatory dendritic cells by suppressing Lactb succinylation
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Purpose: mRNAs sequencing of the gene expression differences in maDC and diffDC, the goals of this study are to investigate the biological effect of the metabolic enzyme succinate-CoA ligase subunit beta Suclg2 in regulating regulatory DC differentiation and function.

Overall design Bone marrow cells from C57/BL6 mice were cultured with GM-CSF and IL-4 for 6 days and stimulated with LPS for 24 hours to generate bone-marrow derived DC (BMDC). CD11c+ BMDC were isolated by anti-mouse CD11c magbeads to generate maDC. maDC were then cocultured with spleen stroma cells for 9 days to generate diffDC. maDC and diffDC were subjected to RNA seq.
