Summary |
To investigate the transcriptome at different stages of pancreatic organogenesis, we sorted by flow cytometry the pancreatic epithelial from fetal murine pancreas.

Overall design |
We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the pancreatic epithelium of E11.5, E13.5, E15.5 and E18.
