Series GSE218565 Query DataSets for GSE218565
Status Public on Aug 20, 2023
Title A naturally de novo-evolved gene contributes to rice grain shape difference between indica and japonica
Organism Oryza sativa
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To investigate the role of OsGSE9 in grain shape, we generate its overexpressing lines, and knockout lines by CRISPR/Cas9 system.
We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the panicles of the WT and OsGSE9 transgenic lines

Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the panicles of WT and OsGSE9-overexpressing/knockout lines.
