Summary |
Small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC) is a lethal neuroendocrine type of lung cancer with limited therapeutic options. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to study SCLC tumogenesis.

We used a gene knockout induced SCLC mouse model and a mouse cell line allograft model. Collect the fresh tissue and analyzed using scRNAseq.
