Title Role of UPF1 in lncRNA-HEIH regulation for hepatocellular carcinoma therapy

Summary To investigate UPF1 can regulates lncRNA-HEIH transcripts and function of lncRNA-HEIH, we established UPF1 knock out HeLa cell using CRISPR/cas9 system and overexpressed lncRNA-HEIH using plasmids.
 
Overall design We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of i) WT HeLa cells and UPF1 knock out clone 9 and 41. ii) control and lncRNA-HEIH overexpressed Huh7 cell
