Summary |
The mechanisms of Germacrone in DN remain unknown nevertheless. This study used comprehensive bioinformatics analysis to Critical miRNAs and probable pathways related to Germacrone. We established a DN mice model and treated with Germacrone in this study and investigated how it alters the microRNA (miRNA) transcriptome of mice kidneys. For that purpose, we have performed RNA sequencing on a DN mice model , with and without Germacrone pre-treatment.
