Title Bioinformatics Analysis of miRNAs Germacrone Protection of Diabetic Nephropathy

Summary The mechanisms of Germacrone in DN remain unknown nevertheless. This study used comprehensive bioinformatics analysis to Critical miRNAs and probable pathways related to Germacrone.
We established a DN mice model and treated with Germacrone in this study and investigated how it alters the microRNA (miRNA) transcriptome of mice kidneys. For that purpose, we have performed RNA sequencing on a DN mice model , with and without Germacrone pre-treatment.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of miRNA-seq data for mice model (control group, diabetes nephropathy group and germacrone-treated group).
