Summary To analyze the influence of IL-1b on TN cells, RNA-seq analysis was performed on spleen TN cells from mice treated or not treated with IL-1b inhibitors.
 
Overall design Comparative gene exprssion profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for total TN cells isolated from speen of mice treated or not treated with anti-IL-1b neutralizing antibodies or MCC950 for 10 consecutive days.
