Series GSE215442 Query DataSets for GSE215442
Status Public on Jan 25, 2023
Title Exogenous SLFN12 reduces in vivo TNBC proliferation and invasion, increases luminal markers and a gene signature that reducts better breast cancer survival in cohort database analysis
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Our results suggest that increased SLFN12 expression modulates TNBC aggressiveness through a gene signature which could offer new targets for treatment.

Overall design Human TNBC tumor xenografts with exogenous SLFN12 expression were created and the growth was observed and then RNA-seq was performed to investigate pathways related to SLFN12
