Title High-dose glutamine modulates amino acid transport and mediates pancreatic cancer chemosensitivity
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We performed RNA-seq to investigate gene expression changes in pancreatic cancer cells following gemcitabine with high-dose L-Gln.

Overall design RNA-seq was performed in MIA PaCa-2 cells with biological triplicates under various conditions (gemcitabine 0 or 0.5 uM, and L-Gln; 2 or 40 mM).
