Title Effect of NEAT1 modulation on antiviral immune response
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Reduction of NEAT1 transcript associated with Cell type-specific differential expression. The Knockdown of NEAT1 in Huh7 cells modulated antiviral response and dengue virus replication via the RIG-I pathway.
We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different cells at two time points.

Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for NEAT1 knock down and wild type Huh7 cells infected with Dengue virus2.
