Summary |
Human testicular cells of XY and XXY were isolated from cryopreserved tissue in an experimental testicular tissue banking program and propagated in long-term culture for 110 days.

Overall design |
Cultured testicular cells were used for cell capture and 10X single cell 3' gene expression sequence library preparation were performed. The resultant library was sequenced using a NovaSeq 6000 SP (100 Cycles).
