Title In Vitro Propagation of XXY Human Klinefelter Spermatogonia Stem Cells; a step towards new fertility opportunities

Summary Human testicular cells of XY and XXY were isolated from cryopreserved tissue in an experimental testicular tissue banking program and propagated in long-term culture for 110 days.
 
Overall design Cultured testicular cells were used for cell capture and 10X single cell 3' gene expression sequence library preparation were performed. The resultant library was sequenced using a NovaSeq 6000 SP (100 Cycles).
