Summary To investigate the impact of DDX42 depletion on the cellular transcriptome, we silenced DDX42 by transfecting siRNAs in U87-MG and A549-ACE2 cells. DDX42-depleted cells were used to perform RNA-seq analysis.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for U87-MG/CD4/CXCR4 and A549-ACE2 cells depleted or not for DDX42. The analysis includes three or two DDX42-targeting siRNAs (for U87-MG/CD4/CXCR4 cells and A549-ACE2 cells, respectively) and a non-targeting siRNA as control. The analysis was perfomed in three biological replicates
