Title ESE1/AGR2 axis antagonizes TGF-β-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition in pancreatic cancer

Summary To investigate the function of ESE1 in the epithelial-mesenchymal, we established L3.6 cell lines in which target gene has been knocked down by shRNA.We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cells at the same time points.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data forL3.6 cells and its knockdown derivatives (shESE1).
