Title |
TET2 deficiency maintains leukemia stem cell self-renewal and subverts tumor immunity [model 1] |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To investigate the function of TET2 in the development of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of AML cells carrying Tet2+/+ versus Tet2-/-.
|
|
|
Overall design |
We established NRAS/AE9a leukemic cells with bone marrow-derived hematopoietic stem cells from wildtype (WT) and Tet2-/- mice which was absent of exons 8 to 10. We then performed comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq for these AML cells.
