Title TET2 deficiency maintains leukemia stem cell self-renewal and subverts tumor immunity [model 1]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To investigate the function of TET2 in the development of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of AML cells carrying Tet2+/+ versus Tet2-/-.

Overall design We established NRAS/AE9a leukemic cells with bone marrow-derived hematopoietic stem cells from wildtype (WT) and Tet2-/- mice which was absent of exons 8 to 10. We then performed comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq for these AML cells.
