Overall design |
m6A-RIP-sequencing was performed according to the recently published “Refined RIP-seq” with several modifications. . 5 μg total RNA was fragmented into ~200 nucleotide long fragments via incubation with ZnCl2 at 70˚C for 3 minutes. Fragmented RNA was precipitated, and the RNA size distribution was assessed using RNA 6000 Nano Bioanalyzer kit
