Title Regulation of blood-brain barrier by astrocyte through mitochondrial transfer
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The subset of astrocytes that express Dmp1 were considered to wrap around blood vessels. We used scRNA-seq to investigate the mobility of mitochondria from astrocytesDMP1.

Overall design Brain single cells with mito-COX8Dendra2 fluorescence from Dmp1Cre-COX8Dendra2 mice were enriched by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the presence of Dendra2 signal and analyzed using scRNAseq.
