Title RNA sequencing of different GEMMs of prostate cancer

Summary Prostate cancers of different genetic backgrounds were subjected to polysome profiling analysis to identify the extracellular interactome between prostate cancer and myeloid-derived suppressor cells.
 
Overall design Polysome profiles analysis of prostate was performed in six different genetic backgrounds: wild-type, Ptenpc-/-, Ptenpc-/-;TMPRSS2-ERGpc+/+, Ptenpc-/-;CDCP1pc+/+, Ptenpc-/-;TIMP1-/- and Ptenpc-/-;Trp53pc-/-. Polysome profiling of the prostate of three mice for genotype was performed.
