Summary The goal of this study was to determine gene expression in WT and arlRS KO bacteria when grown in the presence and absence of glucose.
 
Overall design WT and arlRS KO S. aureus Newman were grown in TSB with and without glucose and gene expression was then determined by RNAseq.
