Summary |
To investigate the transcriptional regulation network of the differentiation of porcine ECs, we induced differentiation of porcine iPSCs into ECs using an efficient protocol we previously estabulished. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of cells at different stages of differentiation.

Overall design |
Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for cells at different stages of differentiation was performed. Three biological replicates for each condition have been done.
