Summary |
To investigate the transcriptional regulation network of thesuppression of ILTV infection by PP1 and PP2 in chickenLMH cells, we treated LMH cells with PP1 or PP2 upon ILTV infection. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of LMH cells.

Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for uninfected LMH cells and infected LMH cells upon different treatments (PP1, and PP2). Four biological replicates for each condition have been done.
