Summary The effect of MCU overexpression on gene expression profile in PANC-1 pancreatic cancer cells were examined. Control or MCU overexpressing PANC-1 cells were cultured in media containing 1 mM Glucose for overnight and gene expression profile betweent the two groups were compared through RNA sequencing analysis.
 
Overall design Total 6 samples were analyzed; 3 samples from the control group and 3 samples from the MCU overexpressing group
