Summary |
We shed light on a closely cooperative machinery between HSF1 and super enhancer for the first time in CRC. HSF1 could stimulate super enhancer activity by the enrichment of acetyltransferase P300 to LINC00857 promoter region, contributing to LINC00857 transcription.

Overall design |
After knocking down HSF1 via 2 specific siRNA, total lncRNA expression profiles was acquired. HCT116 cell was used to acquire expression profiles of a total of 60495 lncRNA after HSF1 knockdown.
