Series GSE196889 Query DataSets for GSE196889
Status Public on Feb 19, 2022
Title Mitotic bookmarking by CTCF and fast post-mitotic gene reactivation in ES cells
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Mitosis leads to a global downregulation of transcription that then needs to be efficiently restored. We performed high temporal resolution analysis of the transcriptome as cells exit mitosis, in wild-type mouse ES cells as well as in auxin-depleted Ctcf conditions.

Overall design RNA-seq quantification of ES cells exiting mitosis
