Title RNA Sequencing of melanoma cell line (WM983B) upon Fbxo4 knock-down

Summary Fbxo4 is a member of Skip1-Cullin1-F-box protein E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that controls RNA biding proteins. We report that loss of Fbxo4 in melanoma contribute to altered gene expression leading to dysregulation pathways reponsible for cell-cell interaction, cell anocharege, invasion and motility.
 
Overall design WM983B melanoma cell line were infected with empty lentiviral vector (control) or lentivirus encoding anti-Fbxo4 shRNA.
