Summary |
Fbxo4 is a member of Skip1-Cullin1-F-box protein E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that controls RNA biding proteins. We report that loss of Fbxo4 in melanoma contribute to altered gene expression leading to dysregulation pathways reponsible for cell-cell interaction, cell anocharege, invasion and motility.
