Series GSE193701 Query DataSets for GSE193701
Status Public on Mar 13, 2023
Title Single cell transcriptomic and VDJ sequencing of antibody-secreting cells (ASCs) from the bone marrow, spleen and thymus of young (3 months old) female and male mice.
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Purpose: To examine the trasncriptional and VDJ repertoire differences that exist in ASCs based on factors such as tissue localiation and sex.

Overall design ASCs were flow cytometrically purified from the bone marrow, spleen and thymus of young (3 months old) female and male Prdm1-eYFP mice. For each sort, pools of 3 mice were used. ASCs were sorted as B220+/- CD138HI IgD- CD90.2- Prdm1-eYFP+. Single cell gene expression and VDJ libraries were constructed via 10x Genomics technology.
