Title Single-Cell Transcriptome Analysis Reveals Dynamic Cell Populations and Differential Gene Expression Patterns in a Mouse Cerebral Aneurysm Model

Summary Cerebral aneurysms were induced in adult male mice using an elastase model. Single-cell RNA sequencing was then performed on circle of Willis samples obtained at 14 days post-aneurysm induction.
 
Overall design Single-cell suspension from surgically isolated circle of Willis arteries from sham, animals that formed cerebral aneurysms and animals that had ruptured aneurysms were subjected to scRNA-seq.
