Title |
Type 2 immune polarization is associated with cardiopulmonary disease in preterm infants |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
In order to explore the cell types involved in a murine model of bronchopulmonary dysplasia, we performed single-cell RNA-seq on lungs from 5 day old mice exposed to inflammation and hyperoxia.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Endothelial, epithelial and immune cells were obtained by flow-sorting of lung cells from pups subjected to the murine BPD model (inflammation + hyperoxia) for 5d, and subjected to single cell-sequencing. N=4 per group (Air, Hyperoxia)
