Title Type 2 immune polarization is associated with cardiopulmonary disease in preterm infants
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary In order to explore the cell types involved in a murine model of bronchopulmonary dysplasia, we performed single-cell RNA-seq on lungs from 5 day old mice exposed to inflammation and hyperoxia.

Overall design Endothelial, epithelial and immune cells were obtained by flow-sorting of lung cells from pups subjected to the murine BPD model (inflammation + hyperoxia) for 5d, and subjected to single cell-sequencing. N=4 per group (Air, Hyperoxia)
