Title |
Analysis of PMK-1 p38 MAPK and PMK-1(D327E) Caspase Cleavage Resistant Mutant and Effect of DAF-16 (FOXO) Mutants on Gene Regulation in C. elegans |
Organism |
Caenorhabditis elegans |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We identified genes inversely regulated by pmk-1 null mutation and pmk-1(D327E). We also identified genes working through daf-16, working around daf-16 and working independent of daf-16

Overall design |
We analyzed total mRNA at the late L4 stage for wild type, pmk-1(km25), pmk-1(D327E), daf-16(m26), daf-16(mgDf50), daf-16(m26);pmk-1(km25) double mutant, daf-16(m26);pmk-1(D327E) double mutant, daf-16(mgDf50);pmk-1(km25) double mutant, and daf-16(mgDf50);pmk-1(D327E) double mutant. wild type, pmk-1(km25), pmk-1(D327E) had three biological replicates. Remainder had two biological replicates.
