Title Resistin Forms a Network with Cytokines Associated with Endothelial Damage and Worse Outcome in COVID-19

Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To obtain a detailed view of genes and pathways regulated in whole blood obtained from COVID-19 patients in the Osaka cohort, we carried out global RNA sequencing.
 
Overall design We performed RNA-sequencing analysis using samples of leukocyte samples from 10 COVID-19 patients and 5 healthy controls.
