Title |
Identification of the Potential Key circRNAs in Aged Mice With Postoperative Delirium |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Non-coding RNA profiling by array
|
Summary |
Postoperative delirium (POD) is a common postoperative complication in elderly patients. The exact mechanism of POD is still unclear. In order to reveal the effect of CircRNA on POD, We analyzed the differential expression profile of circRNAs by microarray technique in hippocampus of 12-month-old mice between tibial fracture and control group.

Overall design |
Mice hioppcamus tissue were obtained 72 hours after surgery,6 hippocampal samples of 12-month-old mice were analyzed, 3 in the tibial fracture group and 3 in the control group.
