Status Public on Nov 29, 2022
Title Survivin ChIPseq
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary ChIPseq analysis of survivin chromatin binding in activated CD4+ T cells

Overall design 12 women, CD4 cells from PBMC isolated by positive selection on Dynabeads (cat.11331D), ConA+LPS for 72h, pooled into 4 samples. ChIPseq using anti-Survivin antibodies (2 microg/ml, 10811, SantaCruz Biotechnology). DNA purified by the EpiTect ChIP OneDay kit (Qiagen).
