In vitro experiment: RNA sequencing of Frischella perrara PEB0191 wild type and ihfA* mutant after 16h of growth on modified TYG agar. In vivo experiment: RNA sequencing of Frischella perrara PEB0191 during gut colonization. Sampling after 5 days and 10 days post-inoculation. RNA sequencing of Frischella perrara PEB0191 after 16h of growth on modified TYG agar was used as reference condition.
