Summary This analysis represents one of the first unbiased sampling of germ cells in the developing murine ovary over time, at high-resolution, single-cell depth, revealing novel genetic regulatory signatures of murine female germ cells and somatic cells over time.
 
Overall design Single-cell suspensions of mammalian ovaries ranging from E18.5 to PND5 were created, processed for 10x Genomics and sequencing on an Illumina NextSeq.
