Title |
Regulation and role of glycophagy in skeletal muscle energy metabolism |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report that short-term knockdown of the enzyme alpha-acid glucosidase in mouse C2C12 myotubes modifies genes involved in PPAR and PI3K-AKT signaling.
|
|
|
Overall design |
C2C12 myoblasts were transfected with shscrambled or shGAA lentivirus, puromycin selected, and then differentiated into myotubes which were then harvested for RNA sequencing.
