Title |
Tumor cell efferocytosis in monocyte derived macrophages |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Using GFP as a surrogate tumor antigen, we isolated monocyte derived macrophages (MoMac) from KP-GFP tumor lungs based on high and low tumor antigen burden and compared their transcriptome using high-throughtput bulk RNA sequencing

|
Overall design |
Samples belong to two independent experiments. From each one, we FACS sorted MoMacs (CD45+ Ly6G- CD64+ MERTK+ CD2- MHCII+) with either high or low GFP signal (2 samples per condition and per experiment).
