Title |
Microenvironmental IL-6 Inhibits Anti-Cancer Immune Responses Generated by Cytotoxic Chemotherapy |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
RNA sequencing of tumor and stroma isolated from the bone marrow of wild-type and IL6 KO C57BL/6J mice
|
|
|
Overall design |
Bone marrow was isolated from dissected femur and tibia of WT and IL6KO mice. Bone marrow was depleted of red blood cells, then tumor and stromal cells were isolated by FACS. RNA was extracted and sequenced to a depth of at least 10 million reads per sample, with a read length of 75 nt. Reads were aligned and quantified by salmon, differentially expressed genes were identified by DESeq.
