Title |
The long noncoding RNA H19 regulates tumor plasticity in neuroendocrine prostate cancer [ChIP-seq] |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To determine the functional epigenetic landscape of changes induced by H19, ChIP-seq was performed on H3K27me3 and H3K4me3 in V16D CRPC cells transduced with H19 (to induce NEtD) versus V16D CRPC control cells. Comaparison of genome-wide maps of chromatin state in V16D CRPC cells with and without H19 overexpression.

|
Overall design |
Examination of 2 different histone modifications, H3K4Me3 and H3K27Me3 in V16D CRPC cells with and without H19 overexpression.
