Title |
scRNA-seq of B16F10 infiltrating CD45+ immune cells from Kcnj2f/f and Kcnj2CKO mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The tumor microenvironment (TME) is a unique niche governed by constant crosstalk within and across all intratumoral cellular compartments. We sorted CD45+ immune cells from Kcnj2f/f and Kcnj2CKO mice and performed 10X single cell sequencing to illustrate the impact of Kcnj2 on TME.
