Title Symmetry breaking in gastruloid development
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We use single cell RNA sequencing to describe the transcriptional changes during gastruloid development from 24 to 84 hours with 12 hours intervals.

Overall design Examination of transcriptional profiles of gastruloids cultured in N2B27 at 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, and 84 hours post-seeding.
