We report the results of treatment of embryonic limbs with bisphenols A. RNA sequencing was performed to measure differential expression as a result of exposure compared to DMSO treated control limbs.

Forelimb buds were collected from gestation day 13 CD1 mouse embryos and were cultured for 3, 24, or 48 hours in the presence of either vehicle (DMSO) or, 10 μM, or 50 μM BPA; n = 5.
