Title |
The effects and underlying mechanisms of mutated hepatitis B virus preS gene on the development of hepatocellular carcinoma |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
The groups with the highest tumor incidences, M1, M2and preS2 deletion, were involved. WT and Vector mice served as the control group. In total, 15 tissues of Sleeping Beauty mice models were involved in microarray analysis, including 3 liver tissues from the empty vector group,3 liver tissues from the WT group, 3 tumor tissues from the M1 group, 3 tumor tissues from the M2 group, and 3 tumor tissues from the preS2 deletion group. The samples were randomly selected from each group.

Overall design |
PreS fragments (WT/M1/M2/preS2 deletion) or Vector were delivered into Fah deficient mice with Sleeping Beauty transposon system at 8-10 weeks of age . After 150 days, the mice were anesthetized with carbon dioxide and sacrificed. All the RNA from their liver or tumor are extracted for gene expression chips.
