Summary |
To investigate the altered methylation cardiac-specific NPRA-deficient mice compares to wild type, methylation level alterations were detected by Arraystar Mouse m6A Single Nucleotide resolution microarray analysis (mazF-RIP) using the myocardium from NPRA-deficient (NPRA-/-) mice and wild-type (NPRA+/+) mice as control.
