Title RNA-seq of glioma and normal cell lines after HDAC1 knock-down

Summary Using RNA-seq we characterized the effect of shRNA mediated knockdown of HDAC1 in glioblastoma stem cells (GSCs), normal ihNPCs, and normal human astrocytes.
 
Overall design GSCs, hNPCs and NHAs transduced with either shNT or shHDAC1 shRNAs at a MOI of 3 were selected with 2 ug/mL puromycin 72 hours post-transduction. 72 hours post-selection, total RNA was extracted from cells using the PureLink RNA Mini Kit (Ambion) in accordance to the manufacturer's instructions.
