Summary |
Using RNA-seq we characterized the effect of shRNA mediated knockdown of HDAC1 in glioblastoma stem cells (GSCs), normal ihNPCs, and normal human astrocytes.

Overall design |
GSCs, hNPCs and NHAs transduced with either shNT or shHDAC1 shRNAs at a MOI of 3 were selected with 2 ug/mL puromycin 72 hours post-transduction. 72 hours post-selection, total RNA was extracted from cells using the PureLink RNA Mini Kit (Ambion) in accordance to the manufacturer's instructions.
