Title Studying human embryonic stem cell reveals molecular mechanisms of cold resistance
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary we investigated transcriptomes of H1 ESCs in the response to cold treatment.

Overall design Cultures of human embryonic stem cell in three conditions : 37 °C ctrl, 4 °C for 4 hours, and 37 °C 2h after 4 °C for 4 hours. The H1 ESCs have four celllines. Totally, we obtained 12 transcriptomes, including 4 replicates of human_4c_4h, 4 of human_37c, and 4 of human_4c_4h_37c_2h.
