Title |
Studying human embryonic stem cell reveals molecular mechanisms of cold resistance |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
we investigated transcriptomes of H1 ESCs in the response to cold treatment.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Cultures of human embryonic stem cell in three conditions : 37 °C ctrl, 4 °C for 4 hours, and 37 °C 2h after 4 °C for 4 hours. The H1 ESCs have four celllines. Totally, we obtained 12 transcriptomes, including 4 replicates of human_4c_4h, 4 of human_37c, and 4 of human_4c_4h_37c_2h.
