In this study, we use the pAP1::AP1-GR ap1 cal system to synchronize flower development, and we characterized the nuclear transcriptome for stage 5 flowers after 4 days of DEX induction of the flower meritem stage 4 flowers after 3 days of DEX induction of the flower meritem
