Title RNA sequencing of liver tissues from mice treated with or without ischemia
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary RIPK1 is a critical regulator of cell death and inflammation implicated in a multitude of human inflammatory and degenerative diseases. However, it remains elusive mechanistically whether and how RIPK1 may be activated under ischemia conditions. Methods: Total RNA from the total livers of mice ( WT, Ripk1D138N, TNFR1/2 KO) was purified using Qiagen RNeasy mini (Qiagen) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Library preparation and sequenceing analysis were performed by Quintara Biosciences. Conclusions: Our study indicates that ischemia can induce RIPK1 kinase-dependent cell death and inflammation.

Overall design Total RNA was extracted from liver tissues from the following genotypes: WT, Ripk1D138N, TNFR1/2 KO. Each group has three repeats.
