Title Single cell immune profiling of human cervix biopsies

Summary We have used 10x singel cell immune profiling methods to analyze gene expression and TCR clonotypes simultaneously of freshly isolated human ectocervix biopsies. Our main goal is to define phenotypes and clonotypes of different subsets of tissue resident CD8 T cells in normal human cervix tissues.
 
Overall design We analyzed single cell gene expression and TCR clonotypes of 10 cervix samples from eight subjects.
