Title |
ChIP-seq analysis of H3K4me3, H3K27ac and H3K27me3 in the neural stem/progenitor cells under crotonate treatment |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To gain a deeper insight into how crotonate regulates embryonic neural stem/progenitor cells (NSPCs) proliferation and differentiation, ChIP-seq was performed to analyze the genome-wide changes of H3K4me3, H3K27ac and H3K27me3 stimulated with crotonate in E13.5 NSPCs.

|
Overall design |
ChIP-seq was performed before and after crotonate treatment, and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
