Summary Determination of the RNA interacting with vfr mRNA at two different time-points during growth on the three strains PAO1, PA14 and IHMA87, representing the three major P. aeruginosa phylogenetic lineages, using rGRIL-seq.
 
Overall design rGRIL-seq. Interacting RNAs were ligated in live cell by overexpression of a T4 RNA ligase. After cell lysis, total RNA was isolated and enriched for vfr-containing chimeric transcripts using sDNA probes specific to vfr mRNA.
