Overall design |
rGRIL-seq. Interacting RNAs were ligated in live cell by overexpression of a T4 RNA ligase. After cell lysis, total RNA was isolated and enriched for vfr-containing chimeric transcripts using sDNA probes specific to vfr mRNA.
